Landmarks

There are a few "landmark" pages that every user should be familiar with.

• The main page of the wiki can be reached in three ways:
  1. Click the picture of the cute yellow slug on top of the pi.
  2. Click the "Main Page" link on the left sidebar.
  3. Paste the following URL into your browser: http://slugmath.ucsc.edu/mediawiki
• Your personal user page (once you create an account) can be accessed in two ways:
  1. Click on your user name, at the very top of the browser window.
  2. Paste the following URL into your browser (replacing Student X by your name): http://slugmath.ucsc.edu/mediawiki/index.php/User:Student_X

In addition, you should know how to find the help page (by clicking the help link on the left sidebar), and how to find any class webpages for classes you are enrolled in.
